About DYLG 2023:

As the official youth leadership formation of our St. Thomas SyroMalabar Catholic Diocese, Diocesan Youth Leaders Gathering (DYLG) gathers youth coordinators and aspiring youth leaders from SyroMalabar parishes/missions across the United States. DYLG participants will spend four days in prayer and fellowship to learn more about their Catholic faith, respond to the Church’s call to discipleship, and foster fellowship through the Body of Christ.

We have put together a comprehensive schedule that reflects on some of the most important questions about our faith today, the role of our SyroMalabar diocese in the United States, and to develop a strong sense of leadership rooted in the Holy Gospel and the Holy Eucharist.

DYLG 2023 Registration

Please follow the link below to register. Travel and housing accommodations in Chicago will be provided to attendees thanks to the generous support of the Chicago Cathedral parishioners and the Cathedral’s Youth Coordinator team.

We humbly request that each parish/mission cover the registration cost of $75 for each participant as a sign of support for our future youth leaders. Airfare must be paid for by each participant. The preferred airport in Chicago is O'Hare (ORD). We request participants to arrive by 6pm on Friday, and the program will conclude around 2pm on Monday.
